The Custodial Supervisor provides courteous customer service and helps coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of Office space, common areas, lobbies, corridors, AB Units, and stairways etc. The incumbent will follow the procedures and plans according to guidelines outlined in the PWS, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and any applicable policies. The Supervisor’s duty will also include resolving or elevating to the correct level of management any issues raised by the customer, client or Balad Air Base residents. Roles and Responsibilities Ensure all Custodial employees assigned to the department has knowledge of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company policies and procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and as need reports for submittal to Management. Conduct or provide oversite for company directed training within the Custodial Department. Oversee Custodial property and maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory, reporting any unaccounted-for items in a timely manner. Order and/or maintain all required materials needed to operate a successful Custodial Department. Qualifications & Certifications Knowledge of US military operations and contracting support in contingency environment. Proven verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead, coach, and supervise a team. Ability to exercise discretion and make effective decisions Degree or Equivalent is Preferred U.S. citizenship Skills, Abilities And Years of Experience Minimum five (3) years’ experience in personnel management, Knowledge of personnel utilization, education and training methods, equal opportunity, human relations, and training.
