The core product we offer is a mobile and web app, supplemented by knowledgeable people who help companies make the changes they need to in order to improve and grow.

About our engineering department:

• We have iOS and Android apps that are our primary user platforms
• Our mobile apps have a mixture of Swift/Objective-C and Java/Kotlin
• The iOS app currently is a significant portion of our user base, with Android growth internationally

• You are passionate about creating beautiful and functional experiences for users
• You demonstrate thought leadership with an emphasis on mentoring others
• You have at least nine years of professional experience creating mobile software on iOS or Android
• You have experienced migrating a native app to Flutter
• You have experience leading teams from behind and choose to allow collaboration to form the outcomes
• You love to mentor other engineers
• You are a problem solver passionate about simple, clean, and maintainable solutions.
• You have experience writing automated tests and appreciate the benefit that tests offer.
• You are self-motivated and able to manage yourself
• You agree that concise and effective written and verbal communication is a must for a successful team
• You have experience working on a few large-scale mobile applications
• You can work within our core business hours of 9 AM to 2 PM MST

Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Help drive the product direction and achieve a market fit for new products
• Drive a migration to Dart/Flutter
• Assist in the development of APIs
• Build features and improve the stability of our apps to enable users to be more effective
• Help create best practices and advocate for them, not only within the immediate team but also across the larger organization.
• Increase our automated test coverage and deployment infrastructure robustness
• Address security concerns and proficiently maintain our mobile stack
