SalesRabbit is Hiring an Event Manager Near Lehi, UT

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to help organize marketing and sales events. This person will work closely with the sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure the SalesRabbit brand is properly represented and that lead generation is facilitated at each event.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • Proven experience as an event manager
  • A proven track record of organizing successful events
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Excellent vendor management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Able to handle stress and remain calm
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage video production/webinar events

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Understand requirements for each event
  • Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Book venues and schedule speakers
  • Research events (audience, attendees, opportunity, etc)
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
  • Manage all event operations (travel, setup, swag, marketing)
  • Do final checks (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
