Who We’re Looking for:

Sales professionals who are tired of income insecurity while continuously putting in hard work at commission-only jobs. Someone who will work professionally, full-time, and is comfortable going business to business.

Who You Will Target:

You will target medium to small size businesses offering them a fixed plan for their natural gas and electricity; empowering them to make informed decisions when choosing smart energy choices for their needs and budget. 

Training:

You will receive virtual paid sales training, onboarding, ongoing support, and professional development from our accomplished leadership team.

Compensation:

  • W-2 Base Salary Commissions 
  • First Year Earnings Potential: $65,000 - $70,000
  • Guaranteed Residuals

Benefits:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (After 90 Days)

Job Type:

  • Flexible work schedule
  • Full Time: 40 hrs. per week 
  • 8 hours per day

Required Experience:

  • 1 years sales experience; B2B; cold-call sales (preferred but not required)
  • 1 years experience in the Energy industry (preferred but not required)
  • Experience using Google and Microsoft Office Products

Required Skills:

  • Self-motivated, ethical, disciplined, dedicated, quick learner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation skills
  • High quality organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a collaborative team member
  • Experience with CRM for daily reporting and data input

Responsibilities: 

  • Make a high volume of cold calls as well as in person visits daily
  • Ability to identify decision makers or business owners to manage the enrollment process
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with potential clients
  • Give a strong, persuadable presentation
  • Ability to organize your workday and be proactive with time management
  • Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities up to date in CRM
  • Consistently follow up with potential clients to close agreements
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales quotas

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must be able to travel from business to business
  • Must be dependable, self-driven, and able to ask for help when needed

Technical Skills/Requirements:

  • 4G/5G smartphone savvy
  • High-Speed internet access
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Reliable transportation
