Who We’re Looking for:

Sales professionals who are tired of income insecurity while continuously putting in hard work at commission-only jobs. Someone who will work professionally, full-time, and is comfortable going business to business.

What Is The Product:

The product is “Amazon Key for Business”, which is a smart fob that integrates with a building’s existing electronic access system to grant authorized people access to complete deliveries at no cost to facility owners.

Who You Will Target:

You will target buildings, gated communities, and multi-dwelling facilities, such as apartment complexes, condominiums, and businesses that have 10 or more units and receive orders delivered directly from Amazon.

Training:

You will receive paid sales training, onboarding, ongoing support, and professional development from our accomplished leadership team.

Compensation:

  • $37,500 - $39,000 W-2 Base Salary Commissions
  • $75,000 - $125,000 No Cap Earnings Potential

Benefits:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (After 90 Days)
  • 2 Weeks of Paid Vacation
  • 10 Paid Holidays
  • 401K (After 1 year)

Job Type:

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Required Experience:

  • 1 years of sales experience; B2B; cold-call sales (preferred)
  • 1 years of experience using Google and Microsoft Office Products
  • 1 years of experience using email platforms like Gmail, Outlook, etc.
  • 1 years of experience in a role that requires analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Skills:

  • Self-motivated, ethical, disciplined, dedicated, fast learner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a collaborative team member
  • Experience with CRM for daily reporting and data input

Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of sales calls daily
  • Ability to identify decision makers, network, and manage the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients
  • Give a strong, persuadable presentation over the phone and in person
  • Ability to organize your workday and be proactive with time management
  • Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities up to date in CRM
  • Consistently follow up with potential clients to close agreements
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must be able to travel from business to business
  • Must be dependable, self-driven, and able to ask for help when needed

  • 4G/5G Smartphone Savvy
  • High-Speed Internet Access
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions
