Are you looking to make an impact while tackling a challenging variety of tasks and the ability to help animals? Do you want to work with a great team? Salem Animal Hospital is seeking two full-time veterinary customer service representative to help provide outstanding patient care/client service.

Salem Animal Hospital is a family-owned veterinary practice that is known for providing high-level medical care and excellent customer service to the pets and families of the communities we serve. We offer compassionate, progressive, state-of-the-art care for dogs and cats.

Our veterinarians are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctors that treat each patient like their own! Salem Animal Hospital’s excellent support team of Licensed Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and Customer Service Representatives are dedicated not only to the best preventive and wellness medicine but also to partnering with you to see that your pet has as many happy, healthy years as possible by your side.

We are focused on both a high level of medical care as well as customer service. Our experienced, friendly staff is committed to providing high-quality medicine with an emphasis on preventative care and client education to ensure a positive experience for pets and their owners.

Our new state-of-the-art building was specifically designed so that we could deliver the most efficient care to our patients. Our hospital offers an in-house lab, digital imaging, laser therapy, surgical suite, surgical laser, digital dental imaging, endoscopy, ultrasound, etc. We are a privately owned, full-service five-doctor small animal practice located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
