Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota seeks a HR Generalist for the Twin Cities campus. Working with the four-person HR team in Winona, this position is the point of contact for all Twin Cities HR matters and is eligible to work remotely up to 60%. We seek an experienced HR professional with a history of broad responsibilities that include talent acquisition, group benefits administration, employee leave management, employee relations, and other employment activity. This role has regular contact with functional leaders and is expected to contribute to the achievement of goals and objectives for both the HR department and the university. In all job responsibilities, this role must support, respect, and advance the mission of Saint Mary's University as a Lasallian Catholic institution.
