Saint John 23rd Home is looking for a full-time Dietary Aide to join our kitchen crew!

• 5:30 am - 1:30 pm, 5 days per week
• Weekends included

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares supplies and materials for Tray Line
• Assembles dietary trays for residents according to facility standards and diet accommodations.
• Ensures that kitchen environment is clean in accordance with facility procedures.
• Prepare the dining room both before and after dinner.
• Handle and store all food in a manner consistent with outlined procedures.
• Attend training as assigned and apply learned knowledge to job tasks.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous food service experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with residents and guests
