Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers is in search of a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join us in our new headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, located on the 37th Floor of 725 S. Figueroa Street. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our Marketing Manager and firm leadership to seek out opportunities and implement creative strategies to increase Saiful Bouquet’s visibility.

Key responsibilities include:

· Assist in the development and production of proposals, , qualification packages, presentations, brochures, graphics, and additional marketing materials

· Content creation, editing, and maintenance of collateral (project descriptions, resumes, photography, renderings, project information, etc.)

· Support leadership in market research and tracking of upcoming projects for new business opportunities.

· Collaborate on social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

· Coordinate design award submissions and industry conference participation.

· Review material for accuracy to assure brand consistency and quality control.

· Maintain firm CRM / Deltek Vantagepoint, including updating contacts, opportunity tracking, and project database.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree required – Degree in Marketing/Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred

· Professional A/E/C industry experience preferred

· Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· CRM experience helpful – training will be provided

· Ability to work well under deadline pressure with a team

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Positive attitude, collaborative, self-motivated with strong work ethic

· Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
