Role Purpose: To ensure that customers (both internal and external) are successful with our products. The main point of contact for our customers to ensure successful start-up with our product and resolve any customer support questions.Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and training of test equipment, software, active safety products, and ATDs at customer sites worldwide with a focus on the Americas. Provide test lab and test track support (maintenance, process sensor/equipment calibration, analyze test data, process and lab improvements, etc.)Supply Engineering and Production test support to include establishing test procedures, collecting and analyzing test data, document writing and review (user manuals and test procedures)Supervises and conducts testing of products according to customer orders. Provides customer and product support and training both internally and externally. Responsible for specific project work related to any number of tasks affecting the outcome of a customer request. Other duties as assignedOther Significant Role Requirements: • International travel is required• Ability to work well in both a team environment and alone.Supervision: Customer Focus: This is a highly visible position with a critical impact on the company’s future. Internal and external contacts include all levels of employees within the company, division management, consultants, and other professional business contacts within the industry.
