The Role
Our Business Development team educates our customers on all things iAuditor, Spotlight, and Sensors, articulating how we can help solve their problems. They prospect for new customers and qualify opportunities for Account Executives driving pipeline and growing SafetyCulture’s customer base. By asking thoughtful and smart questions they uncover customer needs and pain points.
They work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation. By getting creative with sourcing, our Business Development team finds new and diverse channels to generate leads. By conducting on-going research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting new accounts they help the sales team reach more customers. This means more people are working effectively and safely using SafetyCulture’s products!
