Background
The Provider Relations Manager (Network Relationships Specialist) role is to maintain a compliant, effective and efficient Transportation Provider Network in their assigned market. They will ensure on-going network development and available contract rate capacity through commitment to overall network health. Ideal candidates will be located in any of the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Oregon, or Washington.
The Network Relationships Specialist will have operational responsibility over the service level agreements set forth in their market as well as the compliance standards for our contract. They will provide direction and close guidance in managing on-going transportation supplier relationships through communicating with the Network Manager. Reporting to the Network Manager, they will manage the everyday workings of their regional program, including but not limited to overseeing implementations, training, remediating issues with Transportation Providers, ensuring PRM compliance with appropriate procedures, and providing timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership. The Network Relations Specialist will provide leadership support on the development, implementation and execution of new and existing transportation vendors in their region.
