SaddleBrooke Two is seeking a part-time Banquet Captain to join our award-winning team.
As a team member, you will help foster our unique and treasured southwest active lifestyle community. You are guest-focused, a courteous team member, and a dependable and trustworthy professional. Team members contribute their talents and passion to provide exceptional services throughout the community.
The Banquet Captain is responsible for:
- Ensuring the venue is ready before guests arrive.
- Direct banquet staff in the entire meal service and assign tasks, as required, to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Handles customer concerns/issues/complaints.
- Leads the breakdown and clean-up tasks following the event.
Requirements
- Have general computer knowledge.
- At least one year of restaurant/banquet experience
