Sacramento Republic FC is Hiring a Manager, Business Intelligence Near Sacramento, CA
- Day-to-day management of CRM instance, including training and liaising with the sales team. Day-to-day management of BI analytics and visualization tools.
- Provide recommendations to the ticketing, partnership, and marketing teams on how to best leverage CRM to execute on the Club’s strategic vision.
- Develop lead scoring, retention, pricing models, and control costs for home matches as scheduled. Review settlements and reconcile with ticketing reports.
- Support sales campaign execution with the Sales and Marketing teams by providing analytics to drive campaign strategies
- Develop organizational reporting functions, analysis, and fan segmentation to ensure all business campaigns are creating measurable results.
- Design and construct effective and clear dashboards for various teams - ticketing, marketing, partnerships, and executive
- Support the sales team in analyzing, implementing, and improving ticketing revenues by optimizing lead generation, analyzing existing data, and developing dynamic pricing.
- Generate flash dashboards to help executive team understand the result of each event
- Use BI tools to develop industry-standard tech and reporting stack
- Build out and manage marketing emails and their cadence in Hubspot Marketing Module in collaboration with the marketing creative and content teams
- Oversee data entry/analyst positions
- Strong proficiency in Hubspot and Hubspot Marketing Module including workflows, validation rules, and other customizations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Familiarity with Ticketmaster and Archtics
- Proficient consultation skills; excellent ability to drive organizational adoption of philosophies, data-driven decision-making techniques and overall system implementation
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- 3-5 years in a BI/CRM/Data Analysis role
- Marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred
- Sports experience preferred but not required
- Management experience preferred but not required
- Project management skills and grasp of both technical and business perspectives
- Ability to communicate the process and results of analysis and research and to advocate data-driven decision-making
