One of our Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) requires a Digital Engineering Solutions Architect to configure and maintain their Digital Engineering Cloud. This individual will be responsible for effectively interacting with senior clients and communicating complex technical topics to enable functional leaders to make trade-off decisions. This project team operates in an Agile Scrum lifecycle - experience with Agile software development is a plus.

The Digital Engineering Solutions Architect advises and assists Customers in implementing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Design, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), collaboration solutions, and related solutions in unclassified and classified DevOps cloud environment. Understanding cloud infrastructure client/webserver solution deployment and troubleshooting will be necessary. The ability to quickly learn new solutions and advise clients on deployment architecture options will be essential. The Digital Engineering Solutions Architect will interface with senior clients and must be able to translate complex technical issues into the functional language to enable trade space analysis and decisions. This position will require regular interface with clients to understand applicable requirements and identify the appropriate solutions and configurations to meet client needs. The Digital Engineering Solutions Architect will work closely with a DevOps lead and cloud integrators to translate software installations and configurations into the DevOps pipeline. The solutions architect will also have to collaborate with Program SMEs to ensure fielded solutions operate as intended and adjust configurations to meet objective outcomes best. Collaboration with cyber resources is a must to ensure fielded solutions are secure. This position will require forward thinkers that are self-starters with the ability to think beyond the status quo and ensure client solutions establish a foundation for long-term digital engineering evolution.

• Install and Configure Digital Engineering Solutions. Extend data models and configurations to support client data management needs.
• Configure workflows
• Elicit requirements from clients
• Coordinate with Scrum Master, Product Owners, Information System Security Engineering (ISSE), Engineering Subject Matter Experts, and Infrastructure/Network administrators on the broader team to accomplish objectives
• Support bulk migration of data into digital solutions
• Test deployed solutions and troubleshoot anomalies to resolution
• Coordinate issue resolution with GTAC and similar infrastructure/software support activities
• Proactively communicating with the user community on known issues

Your Qualifications

• 8 years of technology implementation expertise
• Experience with MBSE Solutions (Cameo, Sparx, Rhapsody)
• Experience with leading Product Lifecycle Management Software
• Experience with other complex technology stacks
• Expert understanding of cloud environments
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Experience delivering presentations to clients
• Experience building MS Office documents and briefings
• Experience operating in Agile Projects
• US Citizen
