S2 Residential is Hiring a Leasing Manager Near Charlotte, NC

S2 Residential is looking to hire a Leasing Manager that will support our team of S2 Leasing Superstars by motivating, training and leading by example. 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Staff, encourage, and empower the properties’ Leasing Agents
  • Set leasing goals and strategize with your team how to achieve them
  • Create and implement an outreach and online marketing strategy. Facilitate, follow up and adjust as needed.
  • The Leasing Manager ensures that each resident experience is in line with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.

What you’ll do:

  • Lease. Lease. Lease. And lead!
  • Exceed our future and current resident experience. Engage with them!
  • Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.
  • Perform outreach and online marketing. Engage and participate in Resident Events.
  • Audit lease files to ensure accuracy and train your team in areas that are lacking
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of your team and then coach, train, mentor and motivate
  • Generate new business contacts, marketing ideas, competitive shops and new leasing efforts to increase occupancy and resident satisfaction

Who you are:

  • 2 years of multifamily experience as a Leasing Manager or Agent
  • Proven skills in managing leases for high volume properties
  • Solid understanding of federal, state, and local rental regulations and compliance
  • Expert knowledge of rental agreements
  • Solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively. 
  • Knowledge of ResMan a plus
  • Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
  • Must have reliable transportation

Our Hours:
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Leasing Manager position requires the ability to work weekends. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the Property’s needs and resident activities.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.

• Ability to walk several acres to tour community.

• Some lifting; up to 25lbs.

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time.
