Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering and 3 to 5 years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, industrial or automation engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Small parts CNC Grinding Experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Visio and Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to think creatively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with dental products – specifically endodontic files
• Experience working with Nickel Titanium (NITI)
• Quality Assurance or Design for Quality background
• PLC experience
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 facility
• Experience with FANUC Robotics
• AutoCAD, SolidWorks experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Lean manufacturing experience
• 6 sigma experience (green belt or higher)
