Job Overview

• Provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by ensuring both the in store and online customers are a priority.
• Engage with customers in a helpful and friendly manner including POS transactions and assisting in the location of merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain a clean, neat and easy to shop store experience by maintaining the sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Unpack new merchandise when received
• Replenish merchandise as needed throughout the store.
• Making sure markdowns are done in an accurate and timely manner.
• Set up and removal of signs as needed for promotional events
• Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Assist in pulling and packing web orders.

Additional Responsibilities

• New merchandise to floor ready standards
• Collection of hangers from cash wraps
• Organization, maintenance and replenishment of supplies to cash wraps
• Merchandising tasks to include placement of merchandise to merchandising standards, stockroom maintenance and organization, and merchandise replenishment to the sales floor.
