Rystad Energy is Hiring a System Administrator Near Oslo, MN
Rystad Energy provides energy consulting, analytics and unique database products for strategic business intelligence, working with the top energy companies worldwide. The company is growing and looking to expand its IT technical staff in Oslo. We are a data-intensive company that relies on a well-functioning IT infrastructure and high service level for our own employees and external users. The company hosts 170 servers, both physical and virtual, in on-premises datacentres or the cloud, some of which provide industrial B2B database services to clients globally. The company's headquarters are in Oslo, Norway, with offices in 26 countries.
We are now seeking a new colleague to support on-site our growing organization in the company’s headquarters.
Main Role & Responsibilities:
- Setup, configure and maintain laptops for employees.
- 1st level of support for inbound email and ticketing system based technical support for on-site and remote employees
- AD DS user administration
- Exchange Online server user administration.
- Network understanding and basic troubleshooting
- Supporting ad-hoc technical issues
- Troubleshooting client issues with their download and access of Rystad Energy’s applications
- Applicants should have technical education or equivalent experience.
- Experience of one (1) to three (3) years in doing the tasks listed above is preferred but not required.
- Applicants should be service-minded, independent, and ambitious in ensuring that the company is robust and efficient on all IT dimensions.
- The working language is English.
- You will be part of our technology team and take a role in defining our needs and implementing solutions.
