Summary

The Talent Management and DE&I Systems Analyst will provide support to the Director of TM and DEI by assisting with day-to-day operations pertaining to talent management and DE&I. Provide guidance on Workday talent management features, such as performance management, talent pools, succession, etc.

Collaborate with the larger team to develop talent management strategies to support the company’s talent initiatives, including DEI. Connect proposed strategies with Workday functionality and provide recommendations on tactical approach for implementation and execution. Responsible for program planning and completion of various projects and/or events within the talent management and DEI space.

Essential Functions

  • Definition, implementation, configuration of Technical Settings, including but not limited to; Log Settings, Performance Settings, Manage Document Stores, Storage Location, Temporary Storage Settings, Audit Reporting, Global Settings, Text Search Settings.
  • System-update management; test Talent Management Systems’ periodic updates during window provided by vendor, make recommendations as to whether Ryder should accept/suppress updates offered by vendor.
  • Preparation and / or update of documentation for new or existing systems.
  • Create logical data models based on functional requirements.
  • Analysis of detail systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and reliability characteristics.
  • Monitoring of system effectiveness in satisfying user needs.

  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required HRIS, HR, IT or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Two (2) years or more Related work experience required

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market

data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or

certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $80K
