Ryan Dallas Real Estate, the #1 team in homes sold in central Illinois, is seeking a Growth Manager to lead and further build its high-achieving sales team. This key individual will be directly responsible for aggressively growing the number of licensed real estate agents, driving net new revenue, and leading the culture within the organization through training and coaching. The Growth Manager will be excellent at leading toward a big vision and have high capacity in interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities:
· Leading strategic initiatives to recruit high producing and high potential real estate agents
· Oversee the training, development, and retention of agents and support staff
· Accelerate the financial performance to maximize profitability
· Provide business development consulting to agents to help them make dramatic growth in personal production and performance
· Promote a strong learning-based environment
· Develop business prospecting and marketing strategies
· Lead sales & business meetings
Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.47 - $28.67 per hour
