Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the (Part-Time) Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for helping to demonstrate the value of RxLive’s services and technology platform by building a pipeline of sales leads through communications with business owners and high-level decision makers in a manner that is reflective of RxLive’s Mission, Vision, and Values.


Direct responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities for additional service offerings and target markets, transferring qualified prospects to the Sales Team, and collaborating in marketing efforts, sequences, and execution to ensure a consistent message.


The Sales Development Representative is a client-facing and productivity driven role that requires strong customer service, creativity, and communication skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Engaging potential clients through various channels including, but not limited to, phone, email, social media, research, and our own pipeline to discuss RxLive’s value proposition, services, and connecting to prospect strategy. 
  • Accurately recording all relevant information including pain points, recommended service offering(s), buying signs, and deadlines.
  • Enthusiastically positioning RxLive solutions, handling objections and qualifying prospects based on product fit, customer needs, and decision-making process. 
  • Efficient and effective communication of qualified prospects to sales via defined channels.
  • Supporting HubSpot and general tech stack sequences for marketing and sales strategy workflows. 
  • Meet and exceed required inside sales targets (you will be responsible for your activity, target segment(s) account penetration, meetings booked, and conversion rate.)
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a similar discipline is required.


Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in a business development role.
  • Proven track record of business-to-business sales development success.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Sales/Marketing sequences is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience selling to healthcare, pharmacy, or physician practices is desired.


Compensation

Hourly Rate with performance incentive potential.
