RWJBarnabas Health is Hiring a Phlebotomist Near Toms River, NJ

Community Medical Center located in Toms River, NJ is looking for a Phlebotomist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Obtains patient blood samples by venipuncture or capillary puncture using aseptic techniques and collection skills appropriate to the age and level of difficulty of the patient. Performs venipuncture at Skilled Nursing Facilities, draw stations and enters lab orders as required. Performs all duties integral to the identification/preparation of specimens for assay.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training/Certification/Licensure: High School Graduate or equivalent; successful completion of a formal Phlebotomy training program or equivalent work experience. Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.
