Summary of Job:

Provide office support functions to Pharmacy department

Job Requirements:

1. Understands and adheres to the company policy and requirements.
2. Arrives to work on time.
3. Understands and participates on different committees or plans.
4. Willing to be cross trained to work or assist in other areas. Helps co-workers when appropriate.
5. Willingness and flexible to work alternating work schedules on short notice. Will support management and do what is asked.
6. Sort and distribute faxes for pharmacy department.
7. Responsible for coordinating Performance improvement meetings.
8. Responsible for typing minutes of quarterly Performance Improvement
9. Scans all pharmacy orders/ancillary paperwork into CPR software.
10. Assists pharmacy manager with employee record keeping and scheduling.

Job Qualification:

Education/Training/Certification/Licensure: High School diploma or equivalent education required. Successful completion of all Orientation Programs

Work Environment and Hazards: Hazards include risk of physical injury from operation of equipment

Special Physical Demands: Must meet requirements of the ADA (attached).

Work Contact Group: All patient related departments, pharmacy, nursing, reimbursement, patients, families, visitors
