Monitor Tech ICU (FT 7am-7pm)

JOB SUMMARY:
Documents changes in cardiac rhythm by rhythm strip and mount for placement in medical record with evidence of nurse notification. Cross train as nursing technician.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: None required
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: BLS certification within 90 days of hire required
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Monitors and telephone
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of computers and Cardiac rhythm
