Ruprecht - Kilcoy Global Foods is Hiring a Senior Financial Analyst Near Mundelein, IL
The Senior Financial Analyst will coordinate and participate in the design, testing, implementation, and review of complex manual and automated financial and accounting systems and processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the revenue planning and forecasting process in support of the commercial organization
- Provide detailed analysis of monthly sales and margin variances, as well as ad hoc analytics as situations arise
- Develop and issue daily/weekly/monthly sales
- Develop and issue daily/weekly/monthly margin reports to help identify areas of income exposure based on either selling or raw material price changes
- Lead process for pricing new products as well as evaluation of existing customer/product pricing
- Partner with commercial and operations to identify SKU rationalization targets
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3 years of experience supporting a commercial organization in a financial analyst/senior financial analyst role
- Prior experience with Fortune 500 company or CPG industry experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
- Experience working with ERP (Syspro, QuickBooks) systems
- Detail oriented with a focus on delivering timely and accurate results
- Process oriented with a focus on challenging the status quo and being the agent of change
