Rumson Country Club is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a country club bar setting, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have bar industry experience, a passion for creating delicious drinks, and strong customer/membership service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Greet members & guests, take orders, and serve drinks in a timely manner.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to the membership & there guests.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 DOE
