Online cosmetics company immediately hiring a data entry/purchasing clerk to perform administrative duties as well as placing purchase orders with our vendors.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Analyze and forecast product sales trends to place purchase orders with our vendors

- Create assortment sheets

- Monitor prices changes and update website accordingly

- Verify incoming merchandise for accuracy and resolve any missing/damaged quality problems with suppliers and supervisor

- Review new available products with supervisor to determine whether or not to add to our current selection

- List products on website and across multiple platforms

- Data entry

- Customer Service via email, phone calls, and live chat

Qualifications:

- Experience with purchasing

- Typing speed 45 WPM

- Expert at math

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
