RSDC is Hiring a Software Developer (AI, Machine Learning, NLP) Near Arlington, VA
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address specific business challenges
- Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Explore and implement natural language processing (NLP) solutions using GPT and other language models
- Continuously optimize and improve existing data analytics processes and models
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on data science best practices
- Collaborate with software engineers and data engineers to deploy data science solutions into production
- US Citizenship is required (DoD requirement)
- SECRET Clearance is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field ( Applied Math or Science, Statistics, Analytics, etc)
- 5 years of related work experience
- Must have a strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Groovy for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning model development
- Preferred experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Preferred experience and familiarity with GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) and other NLP models for text analysis and language generation
