RSC2 is Hiring a Financial Systems Analyst Near Philadelphia, PA
- Analyze and evaluate business and technical processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes and ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain financial reports to track schedule and cost performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement effective database structures.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial systems, tools, and databases as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and participate in their implementation.
- Support the preparation and presentation of financial briefings and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Interim Secret or Secret clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field, involving financial management, financial reports, and cost performance tracking using relevant tools and databases.
- Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Fleet organizations is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in using financial management tools and software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
