Company DescriptionVeritas Document Solutions an RR Donnelley Company, a leading provider of technology-driven communications solutions has an immediate opening for a Shipping and Receiver at our Buffalo Grove, IL location.Job DescriptionOversee manufacturing operations shift with the objective of maximizing productivity of quality products while minimizing costs. Ensure that all processes are being followed in the completion of work tasks. Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met. Oversee operations, maintenance, and purchase and stocking of supplies and raw materials. At least 2 years of production experience is preferred.Must have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently and with a team to achieve production expectations.Must be well organized and able to communicate effectively with various departments within the organization.Must be able to work outside normal working hours to accommodate production needs when required. The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.00 - $20.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
