Responsible for production planning and the scheduling jobs for the Digital Print department. Data management using a number of systems including: Custom Route, WBS, Gmail, RRD Tracker, Foundation, Quickbase.

Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures. Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents. Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform clerical tasks related to manufacturing. Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilize a general understanding of other departments' functions. May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests. Responsible for maintaining department files. Will assist in manufacturing and QC areas and with special projects as needed.

• Proven computer skills with proficiency in updating, monitoring and troubleshooting production-related information in manufacturing databases/systems Ability to become proficient in proprietary systems including Custom Route, WBS, Gmail, RRD Tracker, Foundation and Quickbase.
• Strong communication skills with excellent follow-through
• Ability to work in a team environment, be organized, reliable and have strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and the skills required to creatively resolve competing priorities and workflow issues.

Proven experience scheduling workflow for digital print, finishing and distribution processes.
