RPMStaffing Professionals is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Durant, OK
- Saturation Fabricator Senior Overseeing the Foam Saturation manufacturing operations.
- Ensuring that the daily production schedule is adhered to and all daily objectives are met.
- Able to train employees on proper company policies and procedures to ensure procedures and compliance requirements are met.
- Oversee all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine's capability to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity.
- Calibrate the machine before production begins.
- Monitor and control the machine's performance and settings.
- Maintaining QA and inventory records for saturation.
- Maintain environmental, health and safety standards as outlined by our EH department.
- Coordinate daily preventative maintenance tasks, and perform timely quality checks.
- High School Diploma 3-5 years of related experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Forklift Certification
- Self-starter willing to undergo training to understand the operations of the
- Saturation department 1-2 years’ experience as a manufacturing or production lead or supervisor
