We’re looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist. One who is solution-focused and over the top about internal customer service. One who constantly thinks about “how can we make this better” and “what if”.

The position: The Onboarding Associate is responsible for creating a smooth onboarding experience for employees joining RPM Living. Position reports to Director of HR and is located in Austin.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on Candidate background check and drug screens
  • Complete New Hire Onboarding tasks in iCIMS
  • Audit new hire information to ensure data is accurate and complete
  • Audit and maintain I-9 files
  • Create and disseminate new hire Welcome emails
  • Administer Employee Referral Program
  • Complete reference checks as needed
  • Track new hire orientation attendance and facilitate rescheduling when necessary
  • Produce iCIMS reports
  • Partner with Benefits, Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Payroll teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience
  • Serve as back-up to facilitate new hire orientation as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 years recruiting or human resources experience preferred OR 2 years' experience in Property Management / Multi-Family 
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • iCIMS experience preferred
  • Ultimate Software experience a plus
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and platforms
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills
  • Passionate about providing client-focused solutions and support
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams highly preferred
  • Sense of humor
