The position: The Office Manager is responsible for the administrative functionality of the office and will be the first point of contact for all associates and guests. 

Responsibilities

• Open and close the office
• Monthly supply orders
• Answer phones, greet visitors
• Manage outside vendors performing work at the office
• Assist in annual holiday party planning, RPM Living Your Best Life events
• Maintain Pcard receipts and submitting monthly report
• Maintains shared spreadsheets for their region
• Administrative assistance to the executive team
• Administrative assistance to department projects
• Coordinating office repairs and office mainteance as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Yardi software knowledge a plus 
• Concur software knowledge a plus
