The position: The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for HR system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management in support of Fuse learning and knowledge platform, as well as other HRIS products including UKG, iCIMS, and Qualtrics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support within Fuse learning and knowledge platform (Fuse Universal), UKG, and other HR systems.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, and IT to align technology and implement standard processes and controls to maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Implement and document a short- and long-term system strategy including but not limited to identifying and recommending improvements to the system and content management and retention.
  • Assess technology and provide recommendations for system enhancements in collaboration with the HR Systems Manager.
  • Partner with IT teams to monitor, update, and maintain data feeds between HR, Operations systems, and vendors.
  • Update, audit, and maintain employee and operations data in HR Systems.
  • Work with vendors to prepare for system updates and ensure RPM maximizes available technology and follows best practices.
  • Organize testing and implementation of all new upgrades and modules in Fuse.
  • Document processes to create reference guides and instructional materials to reduce process errors by end users.
  • Analyze platform usage and capabilities; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Prepare reports and provide system data to HR Leadership and other end users as needed.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or similar; or 2-4 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer, software, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and/or Fuse preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred
