The Position: This position will assit the Project Managers and monitor daily activities of sub-contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Staff, engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs

• Ensure set performance goals and deadlines are met

• Assist in planning a construction processes for the projects, and or follow the plan in place

• Ensure the project is on budget

• Provide constructive feedback

• Monitor and report on project progress

• Plan inspections and obtain consent from site staff and help in notice process.

• Follow safety and quality guidelines

• Order the appropriate supplies and arrange for production and inventory audits

• Keep track of material stock and orders

• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly

• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role

• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites

• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes

• Familiarity with CAD software

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to lead and inspire

• Multi-Family experience a Plus
