RPG LLC is Hiring a Solar Sales Representative Near St. Petersburg, FL

The solar industry is booming and so are we! We're currently seeking Solar Sales Representatives with a passionate mindset to ensure that we align our customers with renewable energy that best meets their individual needs, while adding value to their property.

We're looking for candidates to lead generate, present, and educate potential customers on how to make their home more energy-efficient, while saving them as much money as possible on utility bills. Due to our stand out customer service and high-quality products, our company is ever growing. Come join our award-winning sales team & grow with us!

This is a great opportunity to enter the sales field. No prior experience in sales is necessary as we offer paid training to give you all the tools you need. 

What you'll need:

  • Customer service experience preferred 
  • A friendly and energetic personality
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ambitious and self dedicated work ethic to hit goals 
  • Being comfortable approaching potential customers in a residential setting 

Our current Solar Sales Representatives who have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated, positive, and dedicated are making between $60,000-$80,000 annually (In their first year!)

There are also rapid opportunities to go from lead generating, to selling, to leadership roles as quickly as you show your skills

What will I do on a daily basis?

  • Hand out marketing materials in residential settings
  • Start off lead generating by setting appointments for our sales consultants 
  • Present to potential customers what we do, and why they should set up a consultation with us
  • Attend meetings and training to grow and succeed together as a company 
  • Hit goals to earn you commission and grow into a sales consultant role
