We are currently looking for upbeat, friendly, and ambitious individuals who will thrive in the fast-paced sales environment as a Solar Sales Associate. You will be promoting and marketing the benefits of switching to solar for homeowners, and the environment.

This position is ideal for those interested to take on the challenge of achieving ambitious growth objectives with a base salary PLUS commission, and is comfortable dealing directly with clients in residential areas. 

If you are self-motivated, growth driven, value driven, and have a desire to build wealth in a way that only exists in solar, then please apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy with the purpose of generating interest
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations 
  • Pre-qualify and set appointments for homeowners
  • Become an expert in solar through our leadership and training programs so you can have job security for years to come

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years sales experience preferred 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Drivers license and reliable transportation 
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Must have an outgoing, friendly personality 
  • Must be comfortable speaking with homeowners in a residential setting
