Hiring Full Time Sales Consultants

Experienced Sales Position

Base Salary PLUS Commission / Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k, Company Stock

This position is ideal for those interested to take on the challenge of achieving individual and team sales objectives, and is comfortable lead generating directly with clients in person in residential areas. You will also have the opportunity to present in person sales presentations, negotiating and closing sales, and following through with customers installation process. We are looking for candidates with a few years of previous sales experience, (like mobile sales, insurance, car sales, etc.) and are excited to work in the solar world! Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market our business to homeowners in residential areas to generate leads 
  • Present to homeowners on the benefits of switching to renewable energy
  • Pre-qualify and set appointments for homeowners
  • Negotiate and finalize sales for large contracts 
  • Follow up with customers throughout the installation process to build rapport
  • Input data on customers, appointments set, and referrals 
  • Become an expert in solar through our leadership and training programs so you can have job security for years to come 
  • Attend company meetings and trainings as required 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of previous sales experience (Required) 
  • Must be extremely outgoing and friendly 
  • Must be comfortable lead generating in residential areas
  • Drivers license and reliable transportation (Required)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (Required)
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Previous experience with large contracts preferred 
  • Must be self motivated to work with little supervision and to hit target sales goals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: Base pay: $45k base salary (plus commission) 

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience

Work Location: Multiple locations in person
