Full time Solar Sales Associate positions

This is an entry level position, so no experience is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a residential setting
- Give informative presentations to potential consumers and answer any questions they may have
- Help customers select products and services based on electrical energy requirements and site conditions of residential setting
- Explain available financing options, incentives, and tax rebates to potential consumers
- Set up consultation appointments with homeowners interested in learning more
- Learn all different ways of lead generating, negotiation, and closing skills
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary
- Interest in the field of home improvement utilities/solar
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable approaching potential customers in a residential setting
- Executes a high level of professionalism at all times
- High level of passion to exceed sales goals- both individually and for the team
- Outgoing demeanor, not afraid to talk to people
- The ability to work responsibly independently and within a team environment
