Weekly salary plus uncapped commissions for every appointment set

What you will do as a Solar Advisor:

• Market our company professionally in a residential setting
• Explain our products and services to homeowners and how our solar services can benefit their lives 
• Recommend and qualify our products and services to customers based on their individual needs and budgets in a residential setting
• Set up appointments for consultations with our sales consultants 
• Maintain and organize referrals based off of other clients 
• Work hard to quickly move on from a Solar Advisor to a Solar Sales Consultant position 

What we are looking for in a Solar Advisor:

• Self motivated to go above and beyond the requirements asked of you
• Comfortable approaching homeowners in a residential setting 
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is necessary 
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Some sales customer service skills preferred
• A positive, friendly demeanor to give our customers the best service
• The ability to stay organized and goal oriented
