Hiring Full Time Sales Representatives
Setting solar appointments in big home improvement store
- $15 an hour PLUS commission
- Entry level / Full time / In person

Our company represents one of the biggest solar companies and we are partnered together in one of the largest home improvement stores. We implement a personal touch in each in-store campaign we execute. We provide an opportunity to build a connection with each consumer, all the while building loyalty and trust with their brand!
This role is a very simple, entry level role for outgoing people. In this role you will be approaching shoppers in the store to see if they're a qualified home owner, and engaging with them about solar. You will then sign them if interested for a free appointment with one of our sales consultants.
Candidates applying must have a drivers license and own transportation. They should be self motivated to hit appointment setting goals, and eager to join the team and learn about solar!

- $15 an hour, PLUS uncapped commission

JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greets customers; provides product and program information, demonstrates product features and explains benefits

- Inputs customer contact info into our computer system-earning you commission
- Uphold an excellent form of professionalism every day
- Eager to learn more about the brand's products and services when new opportunities arise
- Most importantly, have fun!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Drivers license and own transportation REQUIRED
- High school diploma / GED
- Must be comfortable approaching shoppers in store and engaging with them about solar
- Must love talking and engaging with a wide variety of people
- Must be able to stand for multiple hours at a time
- Ability to work independently in the absence of a direct supervisor.
- Must be self motivated to hit appointment setting goals
