We are looking for hardworking sales professionals with the desire to help create a cleaner future for our children, and desire endless opportunities for growth into leadership roles! The environment is important to us, and we're looking for candidates to help us spread the word about switching to solar energy.
As a Sales Consultant you will work closely with potential customers as you guide them through the advantages of switching to solar power, qualify potential customers, set appointments, and negotiate and finalize sales.
Candidates applying should have sales experience and be comfortable negotiating and closing sales, and going through contracts with customers.
Job Duties:
- Educate homeowners on the many benefits of Solar Energy, including energy cost savings, environmental benefits, and increasing your homes value
- Participate in continuous training and education opportunities; you will become an expert in solar
- Set appointments and give sales presentations with warm leads provided as well as generating new leads
- Qualifying, negotiating, and finalizing sales
- Provide excellent customer service by managing homeowners proactively including follow ups post installation
- Maintaining professionalism at all times

- A base salary of $45k annually, plus uncapped commission = $100k annually

Requirements:
- About 2 years sales experience required, such as: car sales, mortgage, outside sales, inside sales, etc.
- Must have drivers license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma and GED required
- Must be extremely comfortable and confident speaking with people
- Must be able to negotiate and have strong closing skills
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills
