Royal Village MHC is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Toledo, OH

Office Administrator

The Office Administrator is responsible for working directly with the Property Manager to provide a high level of customer service to all current and future residents. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary from time to time to meet the needs of the Property and Residents.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone, greeting, and assisting visitors to the management office.
  • Maintaining resident files/data
  • Processing rent payments
  • Assisting the Manager with the collection of delinquent rent payments
  • Assisting the Manager with creating and delivering correspondence.
  • Coordinating leasing activities including interviewing applicants, showing homes, processing applications and updating marketing reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Management.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property management, leasing or related field.
  • Strong resident relations skills/Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals
  • Must be able to organize priorities effectively and have strong attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong computer proficiency with ability to use G-Suite, Word, Excel, Rental Software,
  • Valid Driver’s License
