Royal Recruiter is Hiring a Remote Remote Customer Care Representative ($15/hr)

Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing or service-related complaints, referring service-related complaints to designated departments for resolution.
  • Acquire proficiency in providing customer support for service complaints within a specified time frame.
  • Answer questions about services and products; take phone calls from cable customers to discuss billing and service issues.
  • With tact and courtesy, handle customer needs and promote cable services to existing and new customers.
  • Create new installation orders, service orders for disconnections, and service changes based on customer requests.
  • Responsible for investigating customer complaints and processing billing adjustments by entering credits or other adjustments into customer account computer records.
  • Handles phone and in-person customer calls and orders for installation, activation, discontinuation, or change in service.
  • Solicits the sale of new or expanded services.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or a general education diploma (GED) is required.
  • One year of call center/customer service or other customer contact experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills are required.
  • English/Ability to speak fluent Spanish
