About The Opportunity

The company is a multinational corporation with operations on five continents dedicated to providing liquid packaging solutions for today's world and the future.

Packer

The Packer is in charge of checking and packaging bags in order to securely provide the highest quality products with the least amount of scrap using effective production procedures. The Shift Leader will be the point of contact for Packer staff.

Base pay $15/Hour

A Day In The Life As A Packer

• Follow the steps in the product flow chart.
• Keep track of everyday production using the forms provided.
• Place the product in the machine.
• Maintain and double-check that the products are in the correct sequence.
• Any concerns should be communicated or escalated to the management for resolution.
• Sort the products according to the work requirements.
• Assemble cartons, pack goods, and load pallets.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or G.E.D is preferred
• Capable of fast learning and adapting to change.
• Ability to operate successfully in a team setting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely meticulous attention to detail
• Observant, teachable, and trustworthy.
• Excellent eyesight for small print.
