Summary

Inside sales reps offer items and services to consumers in a retail shop or in an office setting. They'll largely interact with walk-in consumers or source sales via email, cold calling, and lead follow-up calls in each scenario.

Responsibilities

• New sales leads should be prospected and qualified.
• Make appointments with prospects for meetings and presentations.
• Create, plan, and deliver product presentations for the firm.
• Keep track of all sales activity in the corporate CRM system and update account information on a regular basis to stay current.
• Customer and prospect product pain points should be communicated to the right areas.
• Maintain a well-developed prospect pipeline.
• Establish long-term connections with prospects and consumers.
• Quotas must be met and/or exceeded.
• To maximize the sales effort, collaborate with other team members and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or, 2 years of sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proven track record of handling customer relationships successfully
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Exceptionally self-driven
• Communication abilities that are both verbal and written are essential.
• Working understanding of CRM systems Proficient in Microsoft Office
