Summary:

Customer service representatives are frequently a customer's first point of contact with a firm. Customer service employees assist customers with complaints and inquiries, provide product and service information, collect orders, and process returns.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

A CSR's tasks and responsibilities include managing incoming calls and customer service queries, creating sales leads that turn into new customers, and discovering and analyzing consumer requirements in order to satisfy them.

  • Handle a huge number of incoming phone calls
  • Obtain sales leads
  • To achieve client satisfaction, identify and analyze their demands.
  • Create long-term connections and trust with customer accounts by engaging in an open and interactive conversation.
  • Use the appropriate methods/tools to provide accurate, valid, and full information.
  • Meet sales objectives and phone handling quotas for the personal/customer service staff.
  • Handle client concerns, offer acceptable answers and alternatives within time constraints, and follow up to assure resolution.
  • Keep track of client interactions, handle customer accounts, and file papers.
  • Follow communication processes, policies, and standards.
  • Go above and above to engage consumers.

Customer Service Requirements:

  • Customer service experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is required.
  • a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and processes
  • Customer orientation and the capacity to adapt to and respond to a variety of personalities
  • Outstanding communication and presenting abilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
