As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for addressing phone calls, e-mails, and other contacts based on specialized training from customers, vendors, merchants, and Ace corporate personnel.
What you intend to do
- Receives questions/information requests and determines the unique needs of the contact.
- Search the knowledge database for the contact's issue/question, analyze guidelines/procedures, and identify the best solution/answer.
- Answer the contact's question/request for information, or engage with the contact to fix their problem. Documents the request as well as the response/resolution.
- If the problem cannot be resolved, it is escalated to an escalation team or subject matter expert.
- Other initiatives that have been allocated to help the various business divisions.
What you will require to succeed
- A two-year degree in a comparable discipline plus one year of customer service experience is required, as is two years of customer service experience.
- Capability to take the lead in exploring and addressing a wide range of client queries and difficulties
- Excellent communication, phone, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to interact with a broad client base, troubleshoot, multitask, manage a high contact volume, and function fairly autonomously is required.
